Staff very friendly and helpful. The views from the hotel were excellent.
The nattresses on the beds were a little on the hard side.

Had a wonderful stay beside the river watching boats from own balcony. Clean rooms with great hotel facilities and a delicious breakfast. The location near the river makes it easy to find transportation and parking. The staff were friendly and helpful.

With stunning views of the river and boats passing by, the hotel's location on the Mekong river is a definite plus. Rooms come equipped with balconies and sitting areas to enjoy the scenery. some guests appreciated the food offered at the restaurant.
Some guests complained about the uncomfortable and hard beds, outdated bathrooms, and unreliable wifi, which affected their overall stay.

The view of the river from the room was breathtakingly beautiful, with boats passing by and lovely scenery in the distance. The location was peaceful and quiet, making it perfect for relaxation. , the balcony and sitting area were perfect places to enjoy the view and have a drink.
The rooms were quite rundown and outdated, and the beds were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was old and rusty, and we found a cockroach in it!

The location of the hotel is great, as it is situated right next to the river, offering a stunning view of the boats passing by. the balcony in the room makes it even better to absorb the view. the restaurant served some delicious food, which was enjoyable.
The hotel really needs some upgrading as the facilities seem too rusty and old. the beds were too hard, the bathroom showers were not up to the mark and there were bugs, which was not a pleasant experience.
